Note on Billing: All payments are processed securely through encrypted third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems. Charges across our services will appear on your bank statement under the billing descriptor "IMD WEB & SECURITY."
Specialised Product Data:
- For Web Security Pro clients: Server event logs, security traffic data, malware sample files, and vulnerability scan histories.
- For Holiday Vouchers clients: Voucher identification numbers, certificate allocations, and redemption records.
Technical Data: IP address, location data, browser type, device type, cookie identifiers, and analytics/tracking data collected when you visit our websites.

Some of our tools, such as Web Security Pro's Free WP Security Assessment quiz, use automated processes to generate a risk score or assessment based on the information you provide. These results are for informational purposes and do not result in any automated decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on you without the opportunity for human review. Any recommendations arising from these results are followed up by a member of our team.
6. Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose specific parts of

scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If we become aware of a data breach that is likely to
result in serious harm to affected individuals, we will assess the breach and, where required,
notify both the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) and affected
individuals in accordance with our legal obligations.
