If a plugin has been abandoned by its developer (which happens often), you are now exposed to a security risk. We will help you find and migrate to an alternative plugin — again, charged at our hourly rate.

Yes. We offer standalone hosting plans starting from $40/month+GST with the full enterprise infrastructure you expect from IMD. This is ideal for clients who want our hosting and security but don't yet need the full website maintenance support. You can find our hosting plans above.

Plugin Updates & Conflicts
To keep your site secure, WordPress plugins and themes must be updated regularly. We enable automatic security updates on all our servers — this is non-negotiable because outdated plugins are the #1 entry point for hackers.

The problem is that automatic updates can break your site. Plugins conflict, features stop working, and your site can go down without warning.

If your site is compromised, we will restore it from a backup and secure it — but this is also charged at our hourly rate, typically $300–$1,500+ depending on the severity. Worst-case, if customer data is exposed, you could face legal liabilities under the Privacy Act with penalties up to $50 million.

We offer two email setup options. If you already have a business email provider, we can update your MX records for a one-time fee of AU$50.00+GST. If you don't have business email yet, we set up a new Google Workspace account for a one-time fee of AU$197+GST. This covers the Google Workspace account creation, domain verification, user setup, full DNS configuration (including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC), and billing setup. Google charges you directly for the email service itself.
