What happens after the 30-day free trial ends?
At the end of the 30-day period, we will provide you with a detailed End-of-Month (EOM) report. This report shows you exactly what we've done during the trial, including a log of updates, security patches, and any brute force attacks that were blocked. We will then schedule a call with you to review the report together and discuss if you'd like to continue with our ongoing Website Care Plan—our monthly subscription service. You are under no obligation to continue, and we are transparent about everything we've done.
After the 30-day free trial, if I don't want to continue with your Website Maintenance Care Plan, can you help me migrate my website to my own web host?
Yes, absolutely. If you decide our Care Plan isn't the right fit for you, we will help you migrate your website to your own web host at no charge. We want you to be happy with your website, regardless of your choice. This is a free trial with no strings attached—you have nothing to lose. We will provide you with a full backup of your site files and database and assist with the technical migration to your new host. Our goal is total transparency and to ensure you have a positive experience with IMD.
Do these packages include website hosting after the trial?
No, the packages include a 30-day free trial of our premium hosting and security. After the trial, you will need to sign up for our ongoing Website Care Plan to continue receiving these services. If you choose not to, we will help you migrate your site to your own host.
What is your cancellation policy for the Website Maintenance Care Plan?
We require a notice period of 7 days for cancellation of the ongoing Website Care Plan. This allows us to process your request and assist with a smooth transition, including providing you with a full backup of your site if needed.
